I TRIED EVERYTHING THE EXPERTS SUGGESTED:

"Just try harder": (This only led to burnout and the feeling that I was a failure).

"Get more organized": (My collection of unused planners and apps just became another source of shame).

"You're just anxious/depressed": (Antidepressants didn't touch the root of the problem and often made me feel worse).

"You need to pray": (This only added a layer of spiritual guilt to my already heavy burden).

"You're too smart to have ADHD": (This gaslighting from medical professionals made me doubt my own reality).
